How long should my party last? We recommend a party to last for 2 hours, with the invited audience to arrive 15 minutes before the end. The first hour is spent devising and rehearsing. The children then break for the party tea after which, time allowing, we will have a 'dress rehearsal'. The audience will then be 'seated' and the performance can begin. Rehearsal and performance time is dependent on the number of guests . If you would rather, it is possible to have an hour session before enjoying the party tea. For children aged 4-6 years old we recommend a party session to last an hour.

Where should I have my drama party? What's in the Box? can perform anywhere from a playroom to a hired hall, even in the garden - weather permitting of course!

Do I Need Special Costumes and Props? No! All props needed, are provided by What''s in the Box? -as will any small costume items required; but all of What''s in the Box's productions look just as good in party clothes! Space permitting, What's in the Box? will provide a back drop enabling a back stage area for the performers.
