What to expect at a Drama Party…

Parties for children aged 6+ (2 Hours)

With What's in the Box? Children use their imagination to develop and improvise their own play using a pre-chosen theme. Children will be split into groups to allow equal opportunity and a guide sheet with story line ideas will be provided. The groups can follow the guide as closely as they wish and the party leader will assist each group throughout the rehearsal period. After a break for the party tea and a dress rehearsal the groups then perform to an invited audience of parents and friends at the end of the party. The box is brimming with props to stimulate the imagination of all your party guests and ensure a fun and fantastic dramatic creation!

The final performance is based purely on the imagination of the party guests, with guidence from our party leader, developing their ideas to create an original piece. Any children not keen on speaking aloud or who wish to take a smaller part can be accommodated without missing any of the fun.

Drama Party Themes: Your party could have a very general theme which includes a great mix of props and ideas allowing the children's imagination to really run wild.  The box will be jammed with a mix of props and ideas. Alternatively you may like to pick a theme prior to the event. Each party is unique and once a theme has been chosen it will be carefully tailored just for your party.  

Drama parties for children aged 4 - 6years old. (2 Hours)

For younger performers we suggest an hour's interactive entertainment of drama games, craft, traditional party games and mimes. This exciting mix of activities can include well known poems and stories to excite and entertain your young party guests and can be set around a chosen theme.

If you would prefer just an hour long drama party, we can keep your guests entertained with a mix of drama based activities and games set around a chosen theme.
